At Great Harvest, we are committed to making exceptional bread. We are a bread company first, and above all, we do bread right. That means we use simple, honest ingredients and the best baking methods rather than the fastest or cheapest way. It takes longer, but we’ve found there are no shortcuts to making exceptional bread, and that’s what we are here to do. Our approach to bread making and business has always been to do things the right way, and as our menu has grown, that philosophy extends to our other products as well.

When you order a sandwich at your neighborhood bakery cafe, you get fresh, real food, made by a real person who is happy to make it for you. The outside of your sandwich will be as good as the inside. It will be served on bread that is not just fresh baked, but also freshly made from fresh ground flour — instead of frozen, mass-produced dough.

  • This Great Harvest isn't super close to my house, but it is the best store in Salt Lake. They offer more products than the other stores I've been to and they have super friendly, super helpful staff. I happily drive out of my way for this store.

  • This great harvest has the best Cobb salad! Other locations don't compare. The sample bread is fresh and hot and the butter is room temperature. Skip the other locations, choose these guys.

  • We had a large conference going on in Park city and did a big catering order of over 250 lunches and they did awesome! The food was ready on time for pick up. It was easily labeled and you could tell the staff went above and beyond. Would definitely go back for a large catering order again

  • I made an out of state, on line order for delivery to my Mom for an early birthday gift. She lives about 15 min away from this bakery. On line ordering was super easy with some great choices. Within 15 min of placing the order I got a call asking for clarifying questions. I wasn't clear on the delivery date and it was my fault. I was super grateful they called. I talked to Robin and she was helpful, friendly and kind. When she found out it was for a birthday they took it upon themselves to add birthday tissue paper and a big bow to the bag making it extra special! I didn't even know this until I received a text with a picture showing it was getting delivered. Another helpful surprise! I had ordered 4 loaves of different kinds of bread since my Mom is disabled and had company coming over, I thought they could all enjoy it. My Mom said the person who delivered it was super kind and even put it inside where she wanted it. This would have been very difficult for her so again, some great customer service here! My Mom said when she opened it, it smelled so good and when her company got there they all enjoyed a bit of each kind and said it was really fresh and super delicious! They were all looking forward to eating more of it throughout her birthday week! Great Harvest made on line ordering easy, the communication was great, the customer service was phenomenal, and the bread was AMAZING! I'm super pleased I ordered from here and would again in a heartbeat!

  • This place is amazing! It smells lovely inside when you first walk in and you're quickly greeted with smiles from the staff. Their prices are reasonable for how delicious the food is. I loved the turkey cob sandwich; it was perfectly done. The cashier was very friendly and helped us with recommendations and this was the first time we've been to this bakery. He offered us the free samples of bread and, wow, I was not expecting such a generous free sample. We felt really well taken care of, respected, and valued for being there. Thank you so much for the great experience. It goes without saying we will definitely be back and ready to buy much more from you.

  • Stopped in for a quick sandwich and got their most popular grilled sandwich- the turkey pesto supreme. Loved it! Real sliced turkey, pesto, a delicious tomato with drizzled balsamic, I was super impressed! Everyone was friendly, they give you a bread sample - I got the carrot cake and it was delicious. Great experience! We also love getting their bread, especially as neighbor gift.
