Holladay box lunch catering is a great way to feed a group of people quickly and efficiently. Boxes include your choice of one of our amazing sandwiches, a bag of chips, and a giant Great Harvest cookie. You can choose your variety of bread from our famous Honey Whole Wheat, Beehive White, or Sourdough (except on Monday's). We deliver anywhere in the valley, and would love to provide lunch for your next work meeting or event.

Party Trays, Platters
Half Sandwich Platter
This option provides more of a buffet style lunch or dinner. Party trays are a variety of 1/2 sandwiches wrapped individually and labeled. This will cater to those who want just a 1/2 sandwich as well as those who want a whole (just take 2). Tray includes a variety of sandwiches: Turkey Goddess, Chicken Pecan, Classic Turkey and Ham & Swiss. (Vegetarian options added upon request).
Roll Sandwich Platter
If a buffet style lunch is more of what you are after, then this is a great option! We provide you with platters of our amazing, clean label, meats (we plan on 3 and 1/2 oz. of meat per person), delicious cheeses, a variety of fresh vegetables, mayo and mustard packets, salt and pepper, and of course our amazing Honey Whole Wheat, and Beehive White bread (other choices if you request). We also provide plates, napkins, and serving utensils. Pair this option with our scrumptious salads, sides and desserts for a full buffet meal.
Build Your Own Sandwich Platter
If a buffet style lunch is more of what you are after, then this is a great option!
